Terms of use
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms apply to the RushPilot website and its waitlist. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you accept them. The website is published by [Company name or full name]; the full details are in the legal notice.
What the website offers
RushPilot is a desktop app for stock video contributors that is still in development. The website describes it and lets you join a waitlist to receive the download link when the private beta opens. Joining is free and creates no account.
Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to the beta, a release date, a price or a particular feature. Beta invitations are sent in batches, at our discretion. The RushPilot app will come with its own licence agreement, which you will be asked to accept before installing it.
Joining the waitlist
You must be at least 16 years old. Use an email address that belongs to you, and sign up only once. Don't use scripts or bots to submit the form, and don't try to overload, probe or get around the protections of the website. We may remove signups that break these rules.
You can leave the waitlist at any time with the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by writing to [contact email]. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Information on the website
Figures such as the time spent per clip or the keyword limits of each agency are estimates based on public agency rules and on our own tests. Agencies change their rules, so check their current guidelines before relying on them. Product screens and features shown on the website may change before release.
Stock agencies
RushPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shutterstock, Adobe, Pond5, Getty Images or any other agency. Their names are used only to say which services RushPilot works with. When you use RushPilot, you remain responsible for the footage you submit and for following each agency's contributor terms.
Intellectual property
The text, interface designs and code of the website belong to the publisher. The photos shown on the website belong to their authors and are used under the licences listed in the photo credits at the bottom of each page. You may not copy or reuse the website's content without permission, except as those licences allow.
Availability and liability
We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be online or free of errors, and we may change or close it at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by using the website or by relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change matters to people on the waitlist, we will tell them by email.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country of the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. Before going to court, write to us at [contact email] so we can try to settle the matter together.
