RushPilot costs a few cents per clip. Take a monthly plan if you upload every month, or a pack of credits if you upload in bursts. Prices include VAT for buyers in the European Union.

What one clip includes
- Five frames analysed, whatever the length of the clip
- Title, description and keywords for Shutterstock, Adobe Stock and Pond5
- Checks for the usual rejection reasons before upload

- 2 free regenerations if you want new metadata
Questions
What counts as one clip?
One video file, whatever its length. RushPilot analyses five frames of it, writes the metadata for Shutterstock, Adobe Stock and Pond5, checks it and uploads it. Sending the same clip to three agencies still counts as one clip.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 25 clips free, with no card required, so you can test RushPilot on your own footage.
Monthly plan or pack: which one should I take?
A monthly plan is cheaper per clip if you upload every month. A pack suits contributors who upload in bursts: its credits stay valid for 24 months.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, at any time. The plan stops at the end of the month you paid for, and you keep the clips left in that month.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes for buyers in the European Union: the price shown is the price you pay.
Does RushPilot work with photos?
Not yet. RushPilot is built for video first. Photo support is planned, and it will use the same credits.
